Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرّف على أثر بيئة العمل الداخلية على الإبداع الإداري لدى العاملين في الموانئ في منطقة العقبة ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانه لغرض جمع البيانات، وتوزيعها على عينة الدراسة (280) مفردة خضع للدراسة (246) مفردة؛ أي ما نسبته (87.9%) ، وقد تم سحب عينة عشوائية بسيطة،وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها: 1.

أن تصورات العاملين في الموانئ في منطقة العقبة لبيئة العمل الداخلية في موانئ العقبة الأردنية جاءت بدرجة متوسطة.

2.

أن تصورات العاملين في الموانئ في منطقة العقبة لمستوى الإبداع الإداري كانت مرتفعة.

3.

وجود أثر لبيئة العمل الداخلية في الإبداع الإداري، حيث تفسر ما مقداره (%56.4) من التباين في الإبداع الإداري و توصي الدراسة بضرورة قيام مؤسسة الموانئ بأخذ دورها في الأهتمام بتعزيز بيئة العمل الداخلية، وذلك من خلال وضع نظام للحوافز يكفل تشجيع الإبداع والبوادر الإبداعية ووضع المعايير والأنظمة الخاصة بتقييم الإبداع والأفكار الإبداعية، من خلال الاهتمام بوضع برامج تأهيلية للأفراد العاملين في المؤسسة من أجل تدريبهم على ثقافة الإبداع فهم رأس المال الحقيقي للمؤسسة.

English Abstract

This study is aimed to identify the impact of the internal work environment for the administrative creativity of the port staff in the Aqaba Region.

To achieve theobjectives of the study, a questionnaire was developed for the purpose of data collection, the sample size was (280) respondents, (246) participants responded who represented (87.9%) of the original sample.

Which was chosen in a manner simple random sample? The study found a set of results, the most important of which were : 1.

The perceptions of employees in the ports in the Aqaba region of the internal work environment in the Jordanian ports of Aqaba came a medium degree.

2.

The level of administrative creativity from the perspective of employees in the Jordanian ports of Aqaba came a high degree7 3.

There is an impact of internal work environment in administrative creativity which explains (56.4%) of variation in the dependent variable (administrative creativity).

The study recommends the need for the Aqaba Ports Corporation to take its role in caring for the improvement of the internal work environment, through setting a system of incentives that guarantees encouraging creativity and creative gestures and setting standards and systems for evaluating creativity and creative ideas.

Through attention to developing qualification programs for individuals working in the institution in order to train them on a culture of creativity, they understand the real capital of the Aqaba Ports Corporation7
