Controversy is considered as a special science of jurisprudence; Considering its concern for legal evidence; demonstrating the strength or weakness of the evidence; This is done through the application of the mechanisms and laws of controversy that the people of art are familiar with, which are carried out through strict and precise procedures that are applied by the parties to the argument or discussion, and the most important pillars of the controversy is the dialectical question and the answer to it.

Violation of them leads to an imbalance in the outcome of the argument, and what is hoped for in order to prove the truth and deny the falsehood.

This study comes to show the correct method of argument; By showing the truth of the dialectical question and the answer to it, how the question is addressed correctly and how it is answered, and how to show the strongest statement based on the fixed evidence presented to the criteria of controversy and debate.
