research aims: 1- Introducing the scholar Muhammad bin Abi Bakr Al-Mara’shi.

2- Al-Marashi's status and scientific status.

3- To highlight Al Marashi's book on the science of occasions that the translation books have applied that the book belongs to.

4- A study of Al-Marashi's approach in his book.

Research Methodology: The researcher studied and investigated the book "Nahr al-Najat fi Bayan Umm al-Kitab Occasions" by Muhammad ibn Abi Bakr al-Mara'shi, trying to produce the book as its author put it, relying on the descriptive analytical approach, committed to the investigation of the well-known and well-known research procedures among the people of art.
