Abstract EN

Sometimes the property issue is a visible, tangible and physical object such as house, car and etc which materially exist outside human mind and is the provenance of profit, and somewhen the property issue is subjective and nominal which don’t exist physically and sensibly, however in mental validity is provenance tangible profit; in this respect, it is considered as a part of personal property such as patent or the shareholder right of a company on the shares of that company.

Intangible property is product of current necessities of society because in past the property exclusively is applied on the examples of first type and gradually all rights that have economical value are considered as parts of property.

Study this issue can help to achieve these purposes in society and also help preachers of such good affairs.

In this paper, it has been attempted to analytically and descriptively investigate tangible and intangible entail just from a jurisprudential point of view.
