This research presents an example for a scholar of Hanbali school in fourteenth century and a unique pioneer of Hanbali juristic school.

He is the scholar Imam Abu HafsAlburmoki who died in 387h.

This research talks about his juristic opinions that he did not agree with the famous opinion of Hanbali school.

This research includes an introduction, four sections and a conclusion.

The introduction illustrates the importance of the subject, reasons of determining the subject, the followed method, literature review and the plan of research.

The first section has a short biography of Abu Hafs Alburmoki.

It includes his name, his nickname, date of birth and death, his way of talking, his teachers, his followers and status.

It also includes the appreciation of jurists and Hanabli opinions in his choices and scientific achievements.

It includes six aspects.
