Abstract EN

The objective of the research to measure the impact of balancing work life in organizational performance by application in the Faculty of Management and Economics / Karbala University, In order to achieve this, the dimensions of the work life budget (work environment, control and talent) were adopted.

The organizational performance dimensions of (the amount of effort, the quality of the effort, the pattern of performance) were also adopted The College of Administration and Economics - Karbala University was chosen as an applied field for the research by distributing a questionnaire of (76) respondents of the faculty teaching the research sample in its five Departments, as well as personal interviews The correlation coefficient (Person), the most important conclusions reached is that the balance of working life is effective in enhancing the organizational performance of the college research sample in light of the growing competitiveness in the Iraqi higher education and scientific research sector represented by universities and private colleges The research concluded with a number of recommendations, the most important of which is the necessity of employing the dimensions of the work life budget in the research sample as it contributes positively to enhancing its relationship with the organizational performance in the environment of higher education, thus contributing to the provision of renewable educational services that continuously add value to the faculty of the research sample and its current request and attract new ones each year.
