In light of the great changes and the increasing intensity of competition and openness to the world witnessed by banks today, technological development and the increase in intensity of competition between banks led to its quest to know how it can manufacture fundamental capabilities with distinct capabilities that are difficult to imitate and achieve excellence through its competitors, including empowering the two years.
