This study aims to highlight one of the means of expressive tricks in modern literature, which is magical realism, especially for a distinguished writer, “Mohamed Naji” in his first novel, “Khafia Qamar, ” in which he mixed between the real and the fantasy with several tools that contributed to highlighting what the writer tried to show from The spirit of fragmentation and antagonism experienced by contemporary man (in general) and the educated and educated in particular, and it was contested by various forces between realistic and unrealistic.

The method and the results of this study It showed that magical realism is a spaciousness and breadth in a place through which the writer can monitor his lived reality and with an expressive trick in order to avoid a clash with different censorship.
