Abstract EN

The prophet's sunnah has received special care from scholars since the early ages, so they preserved it and wrote it down, until it reached us generation after generation.

To study these hadiths, explain them, and clarify the words of the prophet, may god's prayers and peace be upon him, in them, and in awareness of the status and importance of these hadiths, i have chosen the book al-muntaqa by majd al-din abi al-barakat abd al-salam ibn taymiyyah; in order to derive the jurisprudence rulings related to proving adultery by confession, through the hadith of ma'iz, may god be pleased with him, the research contained an introduction and three demands, as follows: introduction: it includes the importance of the topic, reasons for choosing it, previous studies, and research methodology.

The first requirement: in mentioning the hadith of ma'iz, and the definition of the terms of the hadith.

The second requirement: rooting and tying, to prove adultery by confession.

The third requirement: jurisprudential applications to prove adultery by confession through the hadith of ma`az.

Conclusion: it contains the most important results reached by the researcher.
