The transgression on financial data is considered as a transgression of privacy, it is the most dangerous economic crimes whether by capturing of on the accounting banking numbers or credit cards or the programs or servers of all clients and users.

therefore the enlargement in utilizing technology and the prevails of e- transactions without an existing ways of protection and protection programs will make it more safe in e- transactions.

As I utilize in this research some descriptive and inductive and deductive and comparative methodology as I identified the meaning of transgression on financial data in language and terminologies as I identified also the steps of transgression on financial data and their shapes and I have mentioned the Islamic attitudes of transgression on banking balances and banking accounts allowed to get sign in as it is also important to consolidate and the fraud and penetration of safe accounts.

As I have reached that the transgression on financial data is considered as a attacking on the secret financial data as it is passing through some steps and the Islamic attitudes has forbidden on the secret financial data and banking accounts as it needs to consolidate the victim as well the Islamic attitudes has forbidden the transgression of safe accounts as the aggressor shall have the benefits of sites and servers and has no unforbidden profits if invested.

As I have recommended the users of protection programs for more safe processes not to participate in financial data without making right investigation as I have recommended the other responsible to concern about the electronic infrastructure.
