the research aims to identify the meaning of crying and crying, its causes, and the statement of the ruling of crying in prayer, and its effect on it, and when reading the Qur'an, and in funerals, and in which i followed the inductive analytical approach, by presenting the issue and following the opinions of the jurists and their evidence and the necessary discussion and weighting, and formulating it in an easy language understood for each reader without leniency in the rules of the Arabic language, as attributed the qur'anic verses to its wall, as the hadiths came out.

the prophethood and the effects contained in the research, and the judgment, and concluded the research by mentioning the most prominent results i have reached, including: that: crying or crying in prayer without a voice or showing a letter that does not wet prayer, and crying or crying when reading the Qur'an is required and ordered because it has an effect on the thinning of the heart, and fear of Allaah, as it is permissible to cry on the dead from the dead, and there is nothing wrong with that if it is not alarmed or indignant.

we must also follow the example of the prophet and their honored companions in crying to Allaah, and apply the prophetic approach to that.
