The aim of the current research is to identify the concept of strategic performance, its most important objectives, its importance, clarify its characteristics, identify the concept of special education institutions, their most important objectives, their importance, clarify their characteristics, identify the concept of quality, its objectives, importance, characteristics, and requirements, and identify the concept of a card.

Balanced performance and its objectives, importance, and characteristics, and showing the theoretical foundations for using the balanced scorecard in evaluating the strategic performance of special education institutions, and standing on the reality of the strategic performance of special education institutions in light of the integration between quality requirements and the balanced scorecard, and developing a proposed vision for evaluating the strategic performance of special education institutions.

In Egypt in light of the integration between quality requirements and the balanced scorecard.

The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, on a sample of (70) institutions of special education in Alexandria governorate, using in its tools the strategic performance measure of special education institutions in the light of the integration between quality requirements and the balanced scorecard (prepared by the researcher).

The most prominent results of the research were that the special education institutions (members of the research sample) enjoyed effective leadership and had clarity in their vision and mission.

One of the most important policies governing it is the dissemination of its culture to attract new customers, its quest to be a leader in its field, and the priority of customer satisfaction for it.

It also monitors its strengths to enhance them and checks its performance on an ongoing basis.

Finally, the researcher developed a proposed vision for evaluating the strategic performance of special education institutions in Egypt in light of the integration between quality requirements and the balanced scorecard.
