The study aimed at revealing the availability degree of applying of governance principles requirements in Bisha schools and its relation to the level of school performance from the of the leaders and teachers' point of view.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive approach.

The study community consisted of all the leaders and teachers of public education in Bisha Governorate, it consisted of (80) leaders, (2059) teachers, the study was applied on a random sample of a group consisted of (64) leaders, and (344) teachers.

Data collection tool was acted in a questionnaire that included (38) phrases divided into two axes, the requirements of applying the principles of governance which are(18)statements distributed in three areas (organizational requirements, human requirements, financial requirements), the level of performance in Bisha schools(20) statements.

The results showed that the requirements for applying the principles of governance in Bisha schools were moderate in all fields, they were arranged as follows (organizational requirements, human requirements, financial requirements), the performance level in Bisha schools was moderate, the results showed a statistically significant difference between the average responses of the sample members to the degree of availability of the requirements of applying the principles of governance in Bisha schools due to the variable of the job title.

There aren't statistically significant differences due to the variables(scientific qualification, years of experience, educational stage).

The results showed a statistically significant difference between the average responses of the sample of the study in the level of performance in the Bisha schools due to the variable of the job title.

There were no statistically significant differences due to the variable (qualification, years of experience, educational stage), there is a positive correlation between the degree of availability of the requirements of applying the principles of governance, and the level of performance in Bisha schools.

The study recommended the need for specialists to cooperate in the educational process by overcoming obstacles to the implementation of the principles of governance in public education schools in Bbisha.
