Arabic Abstract
تعد عملية إدارة مشاريع البناء من أهم العمليات التي تؤدي إلى نجاح المشروع.
لذلك يتم البحث المستمر في العوامل التي تساعد في تحسين هذه العملية، و من العوامل التي تساعد بشكل كبير على رفع أداء العملية الإدارية هي استخدام عوامل النجاح الحرجة.
إذ إنها عبارة عن عوامل تساعد على تقسيم مشروع البناء إلى مراحل وتوزيع المهام بالشكل الصحيح لكل مرحلة حيث تبدأ من بداية استلام المشروع مروراً بشراء و تخزين المواد وصولاً إلى مرحلة تسليم المشروع، مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار العامل الزمني و الالتزام به.
في هذه الرسالة تم دراسة تأثير عوامل النجاح الحرجة على إدارة مشاريع البناء، و ليتم تفعيل الدراسة تم بناء استبيان مكون من سبعة محاور و في كل محور مجموعة من الأسئلة المتعلقة بإدارة مشاريع البناء.
إذ تم توزيع هذا الاستبيان على مجموعة من مدراء مشاريع البناء في العراق.
و بعد استرجاع إجابات أسئلة الاستبيان تم تحليلها إحصائيا بإستخدام برنامج SPSS ، إذ إن النتائج أكدت فرضيات الدراسة و أن إدخال عوامل النجاح الحرجة على عملية إدارة مشاريع البناء يدعم العملية الإدارية.
English Abstract
Construction project management is one of the most important processes leading to project success.
Therefore, continuous research is made into the factors that help improve this process, as they are, factors that help divide the construction project into stages and properly distribute the tasks for each stage.
It starts from the beginning of receiving the project, through the purchase and storage of materials, to the stage of project delivery in this thesis, the impact of CSFs on construction project management was studied, and in order to activate the study, a questionnaire consisting of seven axes was constructed and, in each axis, a set of questions related to construction project management.
As this questionnaire was distributed to a group of construction project managers in Iraq.
After retrieving the answers to the questionnaire questions,as the results confirmed the study hypotheses and that the introduction of CSFs into the process of construction project management supports the Management process.
