Arabic Abstract

التمست هذه الدراسة لتناول شيء مما ورد عن الإمام الكاظم عليه السلام في ضوء علم اللغة الحديث، متكئا على شذرات من تلك السيرة الوضاءة من حوادث و أقوال، وتحليلها وفق ما يعرف الآن ب (التداولية) التي تعني علم استعمال اللغة، لما في خطاباته من أمثلة حقيقية و واقعية و بليغة، و هي بهذا تفوق تلك الأمثلة المصطنعة في الأغلب الموجودة في الدراسات اللغوية، فكان العنوان (الخطاب التداولي عند الإمام الكاظم عليه السلام) ليدلل على التوظيف الفعال للغة في المجتمع عند الإمام عليه السلام، و قسم البحث على مبحثين، و في نهاية المطاف وصل البحث الى مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها أن الإمام كان يلحظ المتلقي، و يوليه مكانة فائقة في التخاطب، و قد كشف البحث أيضا عن التميز في استعمال القضايا التداولية من مثل : الافتراض المسبق و متضمنات القول، و وجد البحث كيف أن الإمام استعمل أسلوب الاستفهام ليكسب المتلقي و يجره إلى التحاور، و كيف كان يستعمل الإيحاء ليشرك المتلقي في التأمل بمقصده.

و يشيع الحجاج عند الإمام إلى حد الإقناع و التأثير، و أظهر البحث أن قصة واحدة يلحظ فيها فنون التداولية بصورة فعالة، فحادثة كحادثة العمري نجد فيها الملاءمة و القصدية و الحجاج وأفعال الكلام.

و لعلي و إن كنت أزعم أن التداولية يمكنها الأخذ بحل رموز ذلك الكلام الأمامي إلا أن فيه ما ينتظر تطورا أكثر وأثرى في الفكر اللساني، الذي فيه ما يتجاوز عمقا مسارات التحليل اللغوي الجمالي.

English Abstract

This study was sought to deal with some of what was reported from Imam al-Kazim (peace be upon him) in the light of modern linguistics, leaning on fragments of that clear biography of accidents and sayings, and analyzing them according to what is now known as (pragmatics), which means the science of using language, because of what in his speeches of Real, realistic and eloquent examples, and in this way they are superior to those artificial examples - mostly - found in linguistic studies.

The title (The Deliberative Discourse of Imam Al-Kadhim (peace be upon him)) was to indicate the effective use of language in society at the Imam (peace be upon him), and the research section was on In the end, the research came to a set of results, the most prominent of which is that the imam noticed the recipient and gave him a high position in communication.

The research also revealed the distinction in the use of deliberative cases.

The research found how the imam used the interrogative method to win the recipient and draw him to the dialogue, and how he used the suggestion to involve the recipient in meditating his purpose.

Pilgrims are popular with the imam to the point of persuasion and influence, and the research has shown that one story in which the arts of deliberation are effectively observed, an incident like that of Al-Omari in which we find convenience, intentionality, pilgrims and speech acts.

Perhaps even if I claim that pragmatics can take the solution of the symbols of that Imami speech, there is what awaits in it a more and richer development in linguistic thought, which has more depth than the paths of aesthetic linguistic analysis.
