Arabic Abstract

إن أعظم ما ورثناه من التراث الإسلامي هو ما وصل إلينا من الأئمة الأطهار عليه السلام من خطب و رسائل وحكم و مكاتيب ؛ إذ هي من سلالة بيت النبوة و واورثي فضائله و مناقبه و مفاخره و علومه و حكمته ؛ فلا بد من الاهتمام بهذا التراث لاستخراج مكنوناته من الجوانب المتعددة منها التربوية ؛ و انسياقا من هذا و خدمة للتراث الذي كلنا جزء منه و تقديم شيء مميز له فبادرنا بدراسة وصية الإمام الكاظم عليه السلام لهشام بمنهج علمي حديث ؛ ألا و هو المنهج التداولي.

و لهذه الدراسة أفاد البحث من كتاب مكاتيب الأئمة عليه السلام لعلي الأحمدي الميانجي و استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التاريخي التحليلي و التداولي.

و ما حصل البحث عليه هو أن للبعد التربوي عند الإمام الكاظم عليه السلام أهداف عامة و خاصة ؛ منها التوجه إلى الضمير و الوجدان، و تنمية الحياء و العفة، و التقويم الذاتي و الاجتماعي.

و أن الخطاب التوجيهي في الوصية ظهر جليا للسلطة الدينية للإمام عليه السلام

English Abstract

The greatest of what we inherited from the Islamic heritage is the sermons, messages, judgment and writings that came to us from the pure imams, peace be upon them.

As it is a descendant of the house of prophethood and inherited its virtues, virtues, prides, knowledge and wisdom.

Attention must be paid to this heritage in order to extract its components from various aspects, including educational aspects.

Out of this and serving the heritage that we are all part of and providing something special for it, we took the initiative to study the will of Imam al-Kadhim, peace be upon him, to Hisham with a modern scientific approach.

That is, the deliberative approach.

For this study, the research benefited from the book of the Imams, peace be upon them, by Ali Al-Ahmadi Al-Mianji.

The researcher used the descriptive, historical, analytical and deliberative method.

What the research obtained is that the educational dimension of Imam al-Kadhim, peace be upon him, has general and special goals.

Including orientation to conscience and conscience, development of modesty and chastity, and self and social evaluation.

And that the guiding speech in the will was clearly visible to the religious authority of the Imam, peace be upon him
