Arabic Abstract

كان هدف هذا البحث هو دراسة بعض كلمات الإمام الكاظم عليه السلام و وصاياه ذات البعد الاجتماعي و الهدف الإصلاحي التي يبتغي عن طريقها إصلاح المنظومة الاجتماعية و القيمية و الأخلاقية، و يرنو إلى مجتمع فاضل مثالي بعيد عن المشاكل و الصراعات و الأدواء التي تنخره و تؤدي به إلى نتائج و خيمة لا تحمد عواقبها و مالاتها، و قد اعتمدت على المنهج السيميائي في هذه الدراسة، موظفا المسار السوسيو نصي في المستوى الدلالي، فضلا عن إفادتي من المستويات الأخرى في التحليل السيميائي، كالمستوى النسقي الداخلي، و المستوى التداولي، و قد ظهر لي عن طريق الدراسة أن الإمام الكاظم عليه السلام وظف العلامات اللغوية و الأساليب بشكل دقيق و بقصدية واضحة ؛ لكي يوصل رسائله إلى المتلقي في زمنه و في الأزمان اللاحقة، تلك الرسائل التي يسعى الإمام عن طريقها سعيا صادقا لإصلاح الإنسان ؛ ليكون مؤهلا لخلافة الله تعالى في أرضه، و لبناء نفسه و عائلته و مجتمعه، و بذلك يصلح الإنسان، و تصلح العائلة، و يصلح المجتمع.

و تحقيقا لهدف البحث فقد اطلعت على الكثير من الأحاديث و الوصايا المروية عن الإمام الكاظم عليه السلام، و اخترت الأحاديث ذات البعد الاجتماعي و التربوي و الأخلاقي ؛ لكي أطبق عليها المسار السيكو نصي في التحليل السيميائي، و لأدرس الطرق و الآليات التي استطاع النص الكاظمي بوساطتها أن يولد الدلالات الاجتماعية المؤثرة في المتلقي، و الساعية إلى بناء المجتمع الأمثل.

English Abstract

This research aimed at studying some of I mam Kadhim's (pbuh) words and commandments that are of a social dimension and of a reformative aim, which would help rectify the social evaluative and ethical system.

The aim has always been to have a perfect and virtuous society for away from those problems, conflicts and diseases that ravage society and lead to serious consequent es and unwelcome results.

The present study adopts the semantic approach, and at the same time, makes use of the socio - textual path at the semantic level.

It also benefits from other levels in the semistic analysis, such as the internal thematic and pragmatic level.

The study has shown that Imam Kadhim (pbuh) employed language signs and styles neatly, intentionally, and clearly in order to make the receiver get his messages bothin this time and in later times.

The iman tried sincerly, through these messages, to fix human beings, to make man Allah's successor in His land, to build himself, his family, and his society.

only then, could we have righteous man, family and society.

In order to achieve this ohjective, I have acquainted myself with a large number of talks and command mends by Imam kadhim (pbuh), selecting those that are of a society, educational and ethical dimension in order to apply to it the socio - textured path in the semiottic analysts.

Additionally, this has me study the methods and mechanisms that made the Kadhimian' text generate effective social implications in the receiver of the messages that aims a perfect society.
