Arabic Abstract

نسعى في هذا البحث إلى تتبع أهم الحجج التي أوردها الإمام الكاظم عليه السلام في وصيته لهشام بن الحكم, و الوقوق على أبرز وسائل الإقناع التي استثمرها ؛ لجذب انتباه المتلقي و التأثير على فكره, بتتبعنا للعناصر الحجاجية في وصيته و التي أسهمت في نقل النص إلى نص أبداعي بلاغي ذو صبغة جمالية حجاجية, تكد الذهن وتمتع النفس في الاسترسال مع فقرات الوصية و أهم ما جاء بها من توصيات لهشام خصوصا و للمؤمنين بشكل عام.

و عليه قسمنا البحث على شقين : الأول : الحجاج التداولي, و تضمن الروابط الحجاجية, و العوامل الحجاجية, و السلالم الحجاجية, و الأفعال الكلامية.

الثاني : فكان نصيبه الحجاج البلاغي, الذي تناولنا فيه الاستعارة و الكناية و الجناس و التقابل.

English Abstract

Praise be to God, the first without the first was before him, and the other without another will be after him, who failed to see the eyes of the spectators, and failed to call him the delusions of the descriptors, and God prayed to Muhammad and the family of his purified and his companions.

And yet…In this research, we seek to follow the most important arguments mentioned by Imam Al-Kazim (peace be upon him) in his will to Hisham bin Al-Hakam, and to stress on the most prominent means of persuasion that he invested to attract the attention of the recipient and influence his idea, by following us on the pilgrimage elements in his will that contributed to the transfer of the text to a creative text The rhetoric is of a pilgrim aesthetic in nature, hard for the mind and the enjoyment of the soul in the continuity with the passages of the will and the most important recommendations that came out of Hisham in particular and for believers in general.

And our research division has two parts: The first: the deliberative pilgrims, which included the pilgrimages, the pilgrimage factors, the pilgrimage stairs, and the verbal actions.

As for the second topic, it was the rhetorical portion of the pilgrims, in which we dealt with metaphor, metonymy, anagrams and contrast.
