* The Arabic language is rich, which makes it bearer of the meanings of the Noble Qur'an, and this has been shown to us through practical examples, which resulted from the difference in its meanings and rulings in the language of the difference of fundamentalists and jurists.

It includes a preface that contains the definition of disagreement and its causes, the difference between it and disagreement, and a first section that defines the principles of jurisprudence and grammar, and the impact of grammar on the principles of jurisprudence in general, including grammatical contentious issues.

As for the second topic, it contains applied examples on the impact of the grammatical dispute on the principles of jurisprudence, and then concluded with a statement of the most important results of this research.
