The research aims to study the educational supervision for middle school physical education teachers in the State of Kuwait from their point of related to: - Concepts and principles of educational supervision.

- The relationship of the supervisor and the teacher to the educational supervision process.

- The role of the educational supervisor in developing the educational process.

- Methods and means of educational supervision.

- Problems of physical education teachers in middle school.

The two researchers used the descriptive approach, and used the questionnaire as a tool to collect data.

The sample included (140) physical education teachers from the State of Kuwait, the capital region, in the intermediate stage, to find out their views on the obstacles to educational supervision, and the most important results were that educational supervision is not concerned with the development of the educational process, and supervision is not derived.

Education is a principle of society’s philosophy, and educational supervision is not objective in evaluating teachers.

The supervisor does not ensure that the teacher is informed of the latest methods in the field of physical education education.

And do not take into account the administrative responsibilities assigned to the teacher within the school, and there is no interest in training courses and refinement in the field of teaching by the subject advisor, and the academic study of the teacher in the Faculties of Physical Education does not match what is actually happening in educational institutions and the concentration of officials in middle schools On cultural subjects, and the small number of female supervisors specializing in physical education in the middle stage.
