This research is about an incident that a group of people needs to know about, including: the veterinarian who works in treating dogs, and who has a dog that he wants to treat, The research aims to clarify the legal ruling for the work of a veterinarian in treating dogs, and since dogs are some of which it is permissible to own, and some of which it is not permissible to own, and some of which are ordered to be killed, and some of which are not ordered to be killed, it was necessary to know what is permissible to be possessed and what is not permissible to be acquired, and who is ordered to kill and not The order to kill
him, because the ruling may result from that.

Since that was the case, the research was divided into three sections: the first of which was to find out the ruling on acquiring dogs that have benefit and stipulated their acquisition, which were taken for hunting, planting or livestock, and the ruling on acquiring dogs that have benefit, and did not stipulate their acquisition, such as the dog owned to guard homes.

And the ruling on owning dogs without a need, and the second topic was to clarify the ruling on killing dogs that have benefit and not harm, and the ruling on killing dogs that have neither benefit nor harm, and the ruling on killing dogs that cause harm.

Third: Explanation of the ruling on treating harmful dogs, and the ruling on treating harmful dogs, and since the permissibility of treating dogs is the most correct, even if it is not permissible to own or possess them.

Or it is permissible to kill them, for the last condition in this matter is: reconciliation between killing dogs, or the inadmissibility of their possession, and the permissibility of treatment.

The researcher will follow the inductive approach whereby he reads the issues related to the topic from the books of jurisprudence, collects and classifies them, then follows the inferential approach in explaining the sayings of the jurists in the ruling of those issues and their evidence, and he mentions the most correct of the sayings of the jurists and the reason for their weighting, and highlights in the conclusion the results of the research and appends it to an index of sources and references.
