لقد فضلت الأمة الإسلامية بشعيرة الأمر بالمعروف و النهي عن المنكر، و تميز بها المسلمون على تعاقب الأيام و الدول، وفي هذه الدراسة سيحاول الباحث دراسة الأهمية الكبيرة التي تترتب على التدريب في المجالات الحسبية و معرفة تلك المجالات و أنواع التدريب فيها.
و تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة مجالات التدريب الضرورية للمحتسبين، و التعرف على أنواع التدريب، و أساليب التدريب المهمة للمحتسبين.
إن تنوع الأساليب التدريبية في غاية الأهمية للعاملين في الجهات الحسبية حيث يشمل جميع أطياف المجتمع و يعالج الفروق الفردية بين أفراده.
و توصي الدراسة بتطوير مصطلح المحتسب، و نشر ثقافة الحسبة على أوسع نطاق، وذلك من خلال الأطروحات العلمية، والأوراق البحثية، و المؤتمرات العالمية، و ضرورة إقامة برامج تدريبية مقننة لجميع الولايات و المنظمات، ذات الطابع الحسبي و برامج مقترحة تعالج النقص الحاد في مفهوم التدريب الآني، و إشباع حاجة المحتسبين و متطلباتهم، وذلك من خلال تكثيف التدريب الإيجابي المتوائم مع مستجدات العصر.
Abstract EN
:
The Islamic nation has been preferred by the ritual of enjoining good and forbidding evil, and distinguished Muslims by it over the succession of days and states.
The study aims at knowing the necessary training areas for the accountants, identifying the types of training, and identifying the important training methods for the accountants.
The study recommends developing the term Al-Muhtasib, and spreading the culture of Al-Hisbah on the widest scale, through scientific theses, research papers, and international conferences, and the need to establish codified training programs for all states and organizations, and proposed programs that address the acute shortage of the concept of real-time training, and satisfy the needs and requirements of Al-Muhtasib.
Through the intensification of positive training in line with the developments of the times.
