The research aims to extract Al-Kasani's jurisprudential method in presenting the jurisprudential sayings, and his jurisprudential approach in this presentation, such as: taking it by analogy, for example, and was he exposed to the Arabic language and its meanings in his book in relation to it being the language of the Qur'an? What is the extent of his martyrdom with the sayings of other sects? Accordingly, we judge al-Bada'i' as a comparative book or not.

And then an attempt by me to understand Al-Kasani's disciplined method, and what are the general features of the jurisprudential discipline mentioned by Al-Kasani in his book? After that, I touched upon Al-Kasani's fundamentalist approach in his book, and tried to pose a new question about it, which will be detailed in the research, God willing.

This study of Al-Kasani's approach came with a statement.

First: The points that distinguished the book Al-Bada'i' about its origin, Al-Tuhfah.

since it is from The well-known Kitab al-Bada'i is only an explanation of the book Tuhfat al-Fuqaha by al-Samarkandi, but it exceeded its explanation.
