Abstract EN

The aim of the research is to track the realization of the purpose of justice by extrapolating the draft personal status system announced by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Crown Prince of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia within the vision of 2030 AD.

The study relied on the analytical approach based on induction.

The study dealt in the first chapter: a statement of the reality of the purpose of justice in personal status, where it dealt with in the first section: the definition of purposes, justice and personal status, and in the second topic: the rooting of the purpose of justice and a statement of the importance of the study of judicial purposes.

In the second chapter, the extent to which the goal of justice has been achieved in the draft personal status system for the Main Committee for the Preparation of Judicial Legislation in the Kingdom was discussed Saudi Arabia according to Vision 2030, where the study showed in the first topic: the issue of personal status in the Saudi judicial organization, and in the second topic: an applied study to achieve the purpose of justice in the personal status system project.

The study reached a set of results, including: that the draft personal status system will enhance the status of the family in the Kingdom, as it details the provisions related to it, guarantees the rights of spouses and children, and regulates provisions related to wills, inheritance, and inheritance.

The purpose of justice was achieved through the personal status system project, in many issues, including: Engagement, the issue of acquiring legal capacity, the prohibition of marriage from the iddah, the issue of the rights of spouses, the issue of the dowry (dowry), the issue of alimony for the wife, the issue of home alone, the issue of alimony for children and other issues.
