The study of (Quantitative analysis of the main road transport network linking the central Euphrates governorates) is considered one of the studies that take into account the correlation between the various phenomena.

These provinces are Karbala, Babil, Najaf, Qadisiyah, and Muthanna), their population was about (6850785) people for the year (2018), and their area is (98870 km2) of the area of Iraq, which drew a direction over the period (1950-2019).

The number of main roads linking the above mentioned provinces to the rest of Iraq is about (41) roads and they are constantly increasing.

The length of these roads were about (1495 km) in 2019 , but they are still below the desired level.

Therefore, it was necessary to draw a planning policy in the study area, as it really needs a planning process through which the available capabilities are studied and utilized in improving the economic, social and cultural conditions.
