Abstract EN

This study aims to define the faculty members and training staff attitudes towards inclusion of students with disabilities in higher education considering some variables.

the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach through a sample of 74 of faculty members and training staff and using a questionnaire construed of two parts : first : general information such as (gender, job, age, qualification, specialization, academic department) second : (18) paragraphs seeking the faculty members and training staff attitudes towards inclusion students with disabilities in the university.

the most important findings of this study are : -the overall average of the attitude towards the education of students with disabilities was (3.96) which means approval with high degree.

-the most accepted disability for the faculty members and training staff was the motor disability while the least was hearing disability.

-no statistically significant differences at 0.05 in the attitudes towards students with disabilities teaching that refers to differences in the scientific, gender, academic qualification and experience section.

-a statically significant differences at 0.05 were shown in the attitudes towards students with disabilities teaching that refers to differences in the age.

the findings show that those who are of 41-50 of age have higher acceptance of teaching people with disabilities more than the younger ones.

the study had some recommendations and suggestions regarding the integration of students with disabilities based on the study findings.
