This study deals with a collection of dinars that were minted in Maaden Amir al-Mu'minin “the mine of metals of the Commander of the Faithful”, in the years; 89AH, 91AH, 92AH, 105AH, in light of new perspectives regarding its mint, and function.
In this context, three previously unpublished dinars, preserved in a private collection, are published.
