The aim of the current research is to identify the effectiveness of employing action research to solve some classroom problems in field training, and to improve the academic self-efficacy of students of the Industrial Education Division at the Faculty of Education - Helwan University (design and decoration - ready-made clothes - metal - wooden), and the research sample consisted of one group.

Experimental (30) students from the industrial education division, and to achieve the goal of the research, the researcher prepared a list of the class problems facing the students of the industrial education division during field training, and she also designed two tools, which are a note card for classroom management skills and a measure of academic self-efficacy, and they were presented to the arbitrators to express their opinion In them, and the necessary modifications were made, then the researcher applied the research tools beforehand, then trained the experimental group to employ verb research to solve some class problems, then applied the research tools afterwards.
