Social media such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Whatsapp and others are among the advanced technical means that have contributed to achieving communication, interaction and discussion among people in different countries of the world about political, economic, social or cultural issues and other different issues and matters.

Among these great benefits, and the great advantages of social media, except that they may be used in illegal matters, so our research came to show the jurisprudential rulings of some uses and actions committed through social media, so this research consists of an introduction and two studies, in which we dealt with the definition of social media, and a statement Jurisprudence rulings for committing certain acts through social media, such as the rule of acquaintance and establishing friendship between the sexes, the ruling on divulging marital secrets, the ruling on watching pornographic films, and then we concluded the research with a conclusion that included the most important results that we reached, and the recommendations that we proposed.
