As for after: Researching contemporary jurisprudence issues when society is experiencing a calamity is one of the most important things that researchers must turn to, especially researchers in the field of jurisprudence, and what the world is going through in this period of time from the spread of the Coronavirus epidemic, so many doctrinal issues have emerged that need to clarify their ruling.

For people, some of them need a jurisprudential conditioning, and among these important issues that we are addressing is the monopoly of medical supplies when this epidemic spreads and what we have seen from the greed of some merchants, and the weakness of souls in this area of monopolizing these supplies, and increasing their prices, which reflected negatively on society.

And exposing the lives of many people to perdition, and the health complications of not being able to buy what saves their lives, and the merchants ’argument that these medical supplies were not included in a text prohibiting their monopoly.

I postponed to explain the prohibition of this act that led to the death of many people, and this is my duty as a researcher, and I ask God Almighty to make this work sincere for His honorable sake, and may God bless our master Muhammad and his family and companions and grant them peace.
