Abstract EN

This study dealt with one of the most important topics of the fundamentals of gurisprudence, namely the topic of the combining between the evidences that the researcher thinks that they are contradictory and conflicting, but the fact of the matter is that there is no contradiction or conflicting in the texts of sharia, because it is a revelation fron God Almighty, and contradiction and conflicting is impossible to God.

Imam Al-Shatibi (may God have mercy upon him) said: everyone who has verified the origin of the Sharia, it is evidences for him are hardly contradicted, because the Sharia is not contradicted at all.

This study clarified that by explaining the efforts of the Ummah's scholars who combined between the texts of Sharia in a way, reconciled between those who are different and removed the contradiction between the conflicting texts, because they believe and know that this.

Sharia is valid for every time and place, and what is suitable for every time and place is not befitting of contradiction and conflicting, but of agreement and consonance
