This research aims to show the great jurisprudence heritage left by our scholars, may God have mercy on them in the fatwa, through “the fatwa and its influence on economic changes.” The focus was on the place of the dispute in the issues related to it, to indicate the agreed upon and the different in it, as well as aiming at the importance of the fatwa, and its controls, And to demonstrate the sobriety and consistency of the fatwa, which is based on legal rules and controls that do not deviate from it.

And from the great aspects of influencing and being affected by the fatwa, the variables of time, place, condition, custom, reality, interest and that section are to be taken into consideration by the Mufti and the viewer in the fatwas of scholars.

He challenges the fatwas of scholars, not realizing that they are suitable for their place, time, or otherwise.

There are those who issue fatwas with one fatwa in all cases.

Therefore, one of the most prominent results of this research was that the fatwa is a signature on God Almighty, and that the Mufti is the signer, so he has to observe God Almighty in his fatwa and his jurisprudence.
