The same dispute may not be brought before two courts at the same time, and it is not permissible to file it before one court more than once at the same time, because of the consequent multiplicity of lawsuits, repetition and contradiction of judgments, impossibility of implementing them, and a loss of time, increased effort and doubling of expenses.

It contradicts the principle of economics in procedures, and is considered a breach of the good course of justice and the speed of its performance
