The main goal of the legislator is to see cases and decide on them with justice and truth without being affected by the emotions of love, compassion, or the factor of hatred and rancor.

Therefore, it was necessary for the judge to elevate himself to be influenced by these emotions and not to take into account in his judgment when the case is presented to him except the aspect of law enforcement.

And since the character of man is not without tendencies and passions, it may arouse from the soul the factor of love, hate, mercy, cruelty or weakness and intensity.

Therefore, it was the duty of the legislator to lay down the proper way for both litigants to guarantee their rights, which is the way the judge dismissed the case and decided on it.
