The consumer may be in a hurry when he wants to sign a contract without considering his needs to it or paying much attention to be committed to the obligations of it.

As he may not be committed to resist them when he deals with huge projects with various production.

As there are not enough regulations to protect the consumer that they are ignored by him.

The choice of a consumer to ignore the regulations is considered as one of means of protection to him.

In this study, that choice and its rules are going to be shown and explained to achieve the balanced contract.
