This research has dealt with appeals against disciplinary sanctions and the competent judiciary to consider them, and reached several results, the most important of which is that the Iraqi legislator gave the employees' judiciary court the control of the contested disciplinary decision, by amending the decision if the punishment imposed was severe and not commensurate with the size of the violation, and it did not stipulate the severity of the punishment based To the base that the stabbing person does not harm his stab.
