Abstract EN

This research shows how the prophetic guidance fought administrative corruption in all its forms, by laying the foundations of guarding against this corruption, by developing fidelity oversight or (the recommendation method), as well as placing the right person in the right place in choosing the competent, so this approach preserved the employee from falling into Administrative corruption, and at the same time was laying the foundations of punishment in the intimidation of the punishment in the Hereafter from God, and the worldly punishment that the Imam or the state estimated for those who were proven to be in it, and this was a deterrent to everyone who fell into corruption.

The prophetic guidance was balanced in all of that.
