Arabic Abstract

شهدت الاعوام القليلة الماضية نمو ظاهره جديده و هي التطرف الذي ادى الى الاخلال بنعمة الامن و الامان و تعد هذه المشكلة من أكثر القضايا إثارة للجدل و الاهتمام من قبل النخب في نمو الظاهرة و انتقالها إلى أطوار و أشكال جديدة، ربما لم تكن موجودة من قبل و الذى يخل بالتحليل الدقيق لتلك الظاهرة.

من خلال هذه الورقة سنعرض مفاهيم الظاهرة بأبعادها و تشخيص المشكلة الحقيقية لهذه الظاهره ، و دراسة المتغيرات الدخيلة و الأبعاد الجديدة التي بدأت تأخذ مدياتها المختلفة و في توسيع الفجوة الحضارية بين الشعوب ,مع زيادة خطر التطرف حين ينتقل من طور الفكر و الاعتقاد والتصور النظري إلى طور الممارسة السلوكية في التطرف ، الذي يعبر عن نفسه بأشكال مادية من أعمال قتل و تفجيرات وتصفيات و استخدام لوسائل العنف المادي المختلفة لتحقيق بعض الأهداف.

و عادة ما يكون التطرف السلوكي و المادي نتيجة و انعكاسا للتشبع بتطرف سابق في الفكر و القناعات و الاعتقاد.

و تاريـخ ظاهـرة التشدّد موجود داخل كل مجتمع و حزب و جماعة في تعصب للرأي و القناعات، و إلغاء الآخر ، و التعامل معه بتشدد وحدة فكرية أو سلوكية، هذا ليس بالنهج الجديد، و لا يختص بفترة زمنية دون أخرى، و لا بمجموعة بشرية معينة، بل هو ظاهرة بشرية طبيعية موجودة منذ وجد الإنسان، و ستظل موجودة ما دامت الحياة البشرية؛ لأنه يتعلق بطبائع البشر و ميولهم و نفسياتهم.

لذا سيتم التعرف في البحث الحالي على : • دوافع التطرف.

• اشكال التطرف • من هم المتطرفون ؟ • الارهاب الانتحاري و توصل البحث الى ان خطر هذه الجماعة المتطرفة يكمن في عدد من المحاور منها الدوافع الاولية للتطرف ومن الذي يحمل هذا الفكر؟ و ما مسؤولية مؤسسات المجتمع في علاج ظاهرة التطرف و التكفير، و تم التوصل الى اجراءات مقترحة و علاجات متنوعه

English Abstract

The problem of extremism is one of the most controversial issues and concern of the intellectual elites, as the growth of the phenomenon and its transfer to new phases and forms, which may not have existed before, disrupts the accurate analysis of that phenomenon.The past few years have witnessed the growth of a new phenomenon, which is extremism, which has led to a breach of security and safety, and the problem of extremismThrough this paper, we will present the concepts of the phenomenon with its dimensions, diagnose the real problem of this phenomenon, and study the internal variables and the new dimensions that have begun to take their different ranges and in expanding the civilizational gap between peoples, with an increase in the risk of extremism when it moves from the stage of thought, belief and theoretical perception to the stage of behavioral practice in extremism.

Itexpresses itself in physical forms of killings, bombings, liquidations, and the use of various means of physical violence to achieve some goals.

Behavioral and material extremism is usually the result and reflection of saturation with previous extremism in thought, convictions and belief.

The history of the phenomenon of extremism exists within every society, party and group in intolerance of opinion and convictions, and the abolition of the other.

Dealing with it with strictintellectual or behavioral unity.

This is not the new approach, and it is not specific to a period of time without another, nor to a specific human group.

Rather, it is a natural human phenomenon that has existed since human existence, and will continue to exist as long as human life; Because it relates to the nature of human beings and their tendencies and psyche.

Therefore, in the current research, we will identify: 1-The motives for extremism2-Forms of extremism3-Who are the extremists?4-Suicide terrorismThe research concluded that the danger of this extremist group lies in a number of axes, including the primary motives for extremism.

And the danger of this extremist group and who carries this thought? What is the responsibility of society's institutions in treating the phenomenon of extremism and atonement? Suggested measuresand various remedies have been reached
