Philosophy throughout its history and its various systems has presented conceptions of justice, and in return justice was the central concept of the Qur’an.

Two scenarios of justice?, Justice as reported by the Qur’an and understood by thinkers of Islam who are interested in the moral and legal affairs, as opposed to justice as presented by contemporary liberalism represented by John Rawls’s theory ?Reasons for writing the research, to draw attention to the role of moral philosophy in addressing the scourges of societies - peoples and politicians - and to develop intellectual theories that can be applied in the Arab and Islamic society and to reconsider the Qur’anic interpretation of the concepts of justice and freedom in a way that is consistent with modern concepts or theories in the Western world, taking into account the specificity of the Noble Qur’an.
