Emotional intelligence and its relationship to organizing time for educational counselors are the two concepts in the current research.The researcher applied to his research a sample of educational counselors in the education of Wasit Governorate, as the sample of statistical analysis consisted of (200) male and female mentors, and the final of the sample consisted of (120) male and female guides chosen by the stratified random method.

The researcher relied on the statistical package (SPSS) in analyzing the data and extracting the results, as she concluded that the educational counselors have emotional intelligence and there are no differences between males and females in emotional intelligence, and that the educational counselors enjoy time management and there are no differences between males and females in organizing Time, and in the context of these results the researcher came up with a set of recommendations and proposals.
