The aim of this research is to determine the list of critical thinking skills to be available in the science book for the fifth grade at primary school.

The research community represented the content of the science book for the fifth grade at primary school approved by the Ministry of Education for the academic year (2019-2020) fourth edition.

It included the introduction of the book and six units by two chapters per unit with a total number of pages of the book (228) pages.

The sample of the study included (119) pages after excluding the introductions of each unit and the questions of the chapters and the use of the descriptive analytical method.

The researcher looked at a set of literature related to critical thinking skills and collected information and evidence and interpreted the content of the science book for the fifth primary grade.

The critical thinking skills questionnaire was built as a research tool for analyzing the content of the science book for the fifth primary grade.

The tool included five main skills: conclusion, assumption knowledge, discussion evaluation, interpretation, and inference), under these five main skills include sub-indicators of twenty-five sub-indicators.

The research tool was presented to a group of experts and specialists in the field of teaching methods, curricula and statistics about (20) experts to find the validity of the analysis and then presented them with the model of analysis.

To find the stability of the analysis, (20 percent) from the content of the science book for the fifth primary grade was analyzed, which included four pages of each of the six units in the book on 14 February 2021, which is the first analysis of critical thinking skills.

Then the researcher conducted the second analysis of critical thinking skills on 1/3/2021, and the percentage of fixed analysis using the Holisty equation was calculated at (0.94% ).

The same sample (20% ) was then displayed from the science book for the fifth grade of primary school on two other arbitrators to analyze it.

The first holds a bachelor's degree in science and the second holds a master's degree in general teaching methods, and when using the Holisty equation the fixed ratio between the analysis of the researcher and the first analyst was (0.83% ), between the researcher's analysis and the second analyst was (0.77% ), between the first analysts and the second analyst was (0.93 percent).

The average stability (test) reached (86.75).

To treat the data of research the researcher used repetitions, percentages, and Holisty equation, and finding the stability of analysis among analysts average stability (test), and the content of the science book for the fifth primary grade was analyzed where the number of critical thinking skills were (843) skill.

Results reached by the researcher: Availability of assumption knowledge skill (33.09% ), availability of conclusion skill (26.2% ), availability of interpretation skill (17.67% ), availability of inference skill (12.93% ), availability of discussion evaluation skill (10% ).

The percentages of sub-indicators were calculated in the light of each major skill, and the researcher referred to the conclusions, recommendations, and suggestionsd in the fourth chapter of the research.
