Abstract EN

This research aims to analyze the reality of indirect foreign investment in Iraqstock Exchange and measure the impact of its changes on the total trading volumein it for the period 2006- 2020.

The descriptive and econometrics methods have been used in building themodel and relying on the Eviwes program in the analysis, By using the ordinary leastsquares method and estimating the simple linear regression equation the resultsshowed that there is a statistically significant relationship at the level of significance(5% ) and that the value of (79% ) of the changes in total trading volume, Also, theeffect of the independent variable is acceptable and this is evidenced by the valueof the slope parameter (2.33), The research recommends the necessity of providingan attractive environment for indirect foreign investment and diversifyingfinancial investment tools in Iraq stock Exchange
