يعد الفساد من الظواهر غير الأخلاقية التي ترتبط بالمصلحة الشخصية استجابة للشهوة و الغريزة و هو ممنوع بكل أشكاله و صوره لتأثيره الهدام على المجتمعات.
و الإسلام باعتباره دين الهداية و صلاح هو خير نظام سلط الضوء على تلك الظاهرة بين الناس، فالمجتمع الإنساني منذ الأزل يعاني من الفساد، لذلك نجده قد شخص تلك المشكلة بشكل جلي فضلا عن بيانه لطرق الخلاص من ويلاتها، فنجد في نصوص القرآن الكريم بيان حقيقة الفساد و قد ضرب نماذج كثيرة تدل على فتكه بالمجتمعات على مدار التاريخ لبيان الغرض من البحث و بيان المشكلة و إيجاد الحلول.
و على هذا فإن الفساد يعد منظومة تخريبية تسبب المزيد من التأخر في عملية البناء و التقدم على كل المستويات و الأصعدة، منها السياسي و الاجتماعي و الاقتصادي.
لذلك أصبحت مشكلة الفساد تهدد مسيرة المجتمع الإنساني و تطال كل مقومات الحياة و عموم أبناء المجتمع
Abstract EN
Corruption is one of the immoral phenomena that are linked to personal interest in response to lust and instinct.
Islam, as a religion of guidance and righteousness, is the best system that sheds light on this phenomenon among people.
Human society has been suffering from corruption since time immemorial.
Therefore, we find that Islam has clearly identified this problem, in addition to its explanation of the ways of salvation from its scourge, so we find in the texts of the Holy Qur’an a statement of the reality of corruption It has struck many models indicating its lethality in societies throughout history to explain the purpose of the research, clarify the problem and find solutions.
