Abstract EN

Identifying the reality of the administrative performance of the Iraqi Handball Federation according to the strategic analysis (SWOT) from the point of view of the first-class sports clubs.

In order to use the correct approach and to solve the nature of the current problem, the researcher used the descriptive approach in the survey method to suit the nature of the research problem.

The current research community was selected from the heads and members of the administrative bodies of the first-class sports clubs in handball and intentionally, and the participants in the Iraqi football league for the 2019-2020 season in Iraq, which number (20) club and officially registered in the statements of the Iraqi Central Handball Federation, and the total research community reached (180).

The Iraqi Handball Federation concluded that there is a clear vision for the Federation about the reality of the work of the subsidiary federations.

The federation lacks a specialized administrative system to monitor and follow up the sports competitions of the subsidiary federations.

And the use of sports institutions for the strategic analysis process when evaluating performance is a great incentive for workers to reveal what is in the environment in which they work.
