Abstract EN

The aim of the research is to identify the effectiveness of the strategic management of the sports committees in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Dhi Qar Governorate, and to develop and develop the work of the committees and achieve the goals of the institution.

The research community consisted of the heads and members of the sports committees of the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Dhi Qar Governorate.

The research sample was divided into two categories: 1- Responsible for drawing up the strategic management of the sports committees: the number of (45) is the head and members of the sports committees in all of Dhi Qar governorate.

2 - The beneficiaries of the strategic management fee for the sports committees, which number (270) individuals distributed among coaches, referees and players.

The researcher relied on the use of the descriptive approach in the survey method, using scientific methods and scientific research tools.

The use of sources to reach research conclusions, including: 1-Strategic management helps to make decisions.

2 -Strategic management saves time and effort in solving problems facing work.

The researcher also reached a set of recommendations, including: 1 -Specify the competencies of each individual in the work of sports committees.

2 -Giving greater opportunities for innovation and creativity to work within the sports committees.

3- Adopting the principle of mutual trust between the joints of the sports committees when delegating responsibilities.
