This research seeks to study the components of Israeli soft power in preparation for knowledge of how to use it in Israeli foreign policy.

It is not a condition that the state employs all the resources of soft power towards a single case in its external movements, as it differs from one situation to another depending on the context, and the possibility of combining the factors of hard power with softness differs.

With soft power tools, this varies from case to case.

The Israeli model presents a different proposition in this context.

Israel may resort to employing culture and religion, and within it the religious identity and concepts of shared humanity and the Abrahamic religion when it directs soft power to its Arab and Islamic surroundings, and it may resort to focusing on common values within the framework of its international environment when soft power is directed to Latin American countries.

As for the case of Africa and the shift towards those countries, there are common economic interests, resistance to foreign influence, cultural centers, student exchange missions, economic and political support for the existing regimes and others, and culture gains important weight when talking about Israeli soft power in the region, just as the cultural policies of Israel include other dimensions of soft power that include The role of media, education, values, cinema, and so on, is an important strategy that qualifies the state to possess soft power.
