Abstract EN

The research aimed at identifying the impact of e-learning strategy based on the profile of systemic approach on the development of technological performance of the faculty members and their assistants at Egyptian universities.

The searcher used the two approaches: the descriptive and the analytical: to identify the skills and technological needs of the faculty members and their assistants in Egyptian universities, and to identify training priorities of technological skills.

The search used quasi-experimental approach to measure the impact of the proposed Personal Training Environments Strategy based on Systematic Approach (independent variable) on the technological development of performance (the dependent variable) of the faculty members and their assistants in the Egyptian universities.

Researcher has used the Quasi-experimental design of two groups: experimental and control.

The search tools are list of the technological needs of the faculty members and their assistants in Egyptian universities, list of technological skills required to develop the faculty members and their assistants in Egyptian universities, list of quality standards of online training (note card) of technological performance of faculty members and their assistants in Egyptian universities and assessment card of the level of production of assistants and staff members.

There is a statistically significant difference among mean scores of faculty members and their assistants in the Egyptian universities related to the development of technological performance technological skills and the use of electronic personnel training strategy in e-training programs in Egyptian universities.
