The right of employee to strikeThis study tried to track the employees who working in the public services, and how the act of strike became a text in some states legislations at the end.

however there are some states still consider the strike as a forbidden act in theirlaws and poses an assault on the function of the public facility and it prohibits toprovide public service to the public.

This study is also tracked the judiciary multiple attempts, through FrenchState Council specifically, to draw the general features of the strike, determineits conditions, and permit it as a permissible act, which forced the legislator toacknowledge it.
