The current paper aimed to identify the Sympathetic Thinking of Primary school teachers as well as its significance Differences in the level of Sympathetic Thinking of the variable of sex (males) and (Females) Primary school teachers.

To achieve the objectives of the research, a tool to recognize the research variable (Sympathetic Thinking) is designed.

The scale consisted of (28) items and the validity and reliability of the scale were verified and applied.

The tool was based on a sample of (200) male and female teachers, and the results were as follows: 1-The research sample had sympathetic thinking.2-There are no differences in sympathetic thinking between (males and females).

Finally, the paper is ended with A number of recommendations and suggestions
