New media, or what is known as social media sites, are media platforms that provide free media services and functions to people, organizations, and organizations and use them to communicate their messages to a large number of audiences, interact with them, and learn about the characteristics and trends of the audience.

The problem of this work lies in the use of social media sites for propaganda purposes and used by terrorist organizations and militant organizations in the process of disseminating their ideas and beliefs.

The research problem is summarized in the following question: What is the extent to which the propaganda methods of organizing ISIS through social media sites in the morale of Iraqi fighters? This study aims at identifying the use of fighters for social media sites and the extent of their interest in the contents published by ISIS through them and their implications in their morale of combat The researcher followed the descriptive approach of the survey in order to identify the relationship between the different variables of the study represented in the propaganda methods of organizing the terrorist ISIS through social networking sites and its reflection in the morale of Iraqi fighters.

The results of the research highlighted that the ISIS uses mainly sites (YouTube, Facebook and Twitter) in the dissemination of their media content and propaganda methods, and fighters also interested in the content produced by the terrorist organization and published on social networking sites between the great and medium interest without affecting their morale in the fighting.
